Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated Class A CDL Drivers to join our elite logistics team. Due to a significant increase in freight volume, we are conducting urgent hiring across the Illinois and Texas regions.

Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe and efficient manner, strictly adhering to all federal and state traffic laws.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and cargo safety standards are met.
- Load and secure cargo using proper equipment (chains, straps, and binders) according to weight and balance regulations.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading and unloading procedures at various terminals.
- Uphold a clean driving record and strictly adhere to company safety policies and DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes and delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Current Department of Transportation (DOT) medical card.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.).
- At least 1 year of verifiable OTR (Over-the-Road) driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to travel within the Midwest region and occasional longer routes.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
