Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Load and unload freight securely using proper equipment, ensuring cargo integrity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
- Uphold a professional image while representing the Apex Transport Solutions brand.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities.
