Responsibilities
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Safely operate Class A trucks over long-haul and regional routes.
- Load and unload freight efficiently while maintaining cargo security.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and documentation in strict adherence to FMCSA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and route changes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience (OTR or Regional).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Willingness to work night shifts (10pm - 10am or similar).
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to safety.
