Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on designated routes throughout Arizona
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance logs
- Optimize delivery routes while adhering to strict safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with precision and care using manual/mechanized equipment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and warehouse teams
- Document delivery exceptions and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment maintenance programs
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Familiarity with Arizona routes and Southwest geography
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices and fleet management systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility for overnight trips and weekend shifts
- HAZMAT certification preferred (training provided if needed)
