Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on designated routes across Minnesota and surrounding states
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members regarding shipment status
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Document delivery exceptions and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with minimum 1 year verifiable experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Proficient in using electronic logging devices (ELD) and navigation systems
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota roadways and weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
