Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently using proper material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs (DVIR, ELD) and adhere to all DOT and company safety regulations.
- Deliver freight to designated locations on time, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current Medical Certificate and DOT physical card.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a DOT physical examination.
