Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes in Irvine and surrounding areas
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and report mechanical issues promptly
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining accurate delivery documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient route navigation and real-time tracking
- Maintain clean driving record and professional appearance at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in using electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of California traffic laws and route planning
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
