Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver goods on regional routes throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Build positive client relationships through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Adapt schedules to accommodate personal commitments while meeting service requirements
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency and fuel conservation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience with regional route familiarity
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia area geography and transportation regulations
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading/unloading equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
