Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes within Massachusetts and surrounding states
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while utilizing flexible start/end times
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for real-time route adjustments
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Build strong client relationships through professional service delivery
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in varying weather conditions
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and electronic logging devices
- Strong route navigation skills and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
