Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided Class A tractor-trailers for regional routes
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Plan and execute efficient delivery schedules while adhering to DOT regulations
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and issues
- Secure and unload freight with proper loading techniques and equipment
- Document delivery paperwork and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Knowledge of Florida roadways and regional geography
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be at least 23 years of age
