Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles including tractor-trailers and straight trucks.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Complete all necessary pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and logbooks accurately.
- Navigate routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized driving environment.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations including DOT and FMCSA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Previous experience driving commercial trucks (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts and holidays.
