Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently across California and regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs and electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Current DOT medical card and medical examiner's certificate.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no serious violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
