Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on assigned routes in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload freight using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure DOT compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork (BOLs, PODs).
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Keep the truck and trailer clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We offer paid CDL training for qualified candidates.
- Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or be eligible to obtain one.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screen and background check.
- Ability to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-service mindset.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor vehicle troubleshooting.
