Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and handling.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging (ELD) and compliance documentation.
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no recent major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong customer service and time management skills.
