Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A) in a safe and efficient manner on regional routes.
- Deliver freight to designated drop points in New York and surrounding regions.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and DOT compliance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle cargo loading and unloading duties as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public.
Qualifications
- Valid US Commercial Driver's License (Class A) with a clean driving record.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physical ability to lift 50lbs and meet DOT physical requirements.
- Experience with flatbed or tanker preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
