Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver freight safely and on time to designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections as required by DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse personnel during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all trips.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and federal regulations.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Current DOT medical card (physical).
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available for weekend shifts.
