Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and delivery vans on local and regional routes.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and cargo straps.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain necessary signatures and proof of delivery.
- Maintain accurate daily logs (ELD) and all required documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
