Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for regional routes averaging 800 miles/day
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient load delivery and pickup
- Load/unload freight with proper securing techniques
- Represent our company professionally in customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR or regional experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with hazmat placards (H endorsement preferred)
- Strong navigation skills with GPS/electronic maps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible schedule including overnight trips
