Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver freight across the Southeast and beyond.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Manage cargo loading, securing, and unloading with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) with clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws, safety regulations, and cargo handling.
- Must possess a good command of the English language for communication.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel overnight as needed.
