Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks safely and efficiently throughout Northern California
- Manage delivery schedules, route planning, and customer interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance
- Optimize loading/unloading procedures to minimize downtime
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time routing adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for preventive maintenance
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with business ownership interest
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
