Responsibilities
- Safely operate a box truck for local/regional freight delivery
- Manage route optimization and timely delivery scheduling
- Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Ensure cargo security and compliance with DOT regulations
- Maximize operational efficiency through smart planning
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations
- Reliable box truck in good condition
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
