Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain your box truck (24-26ft) for local/regional deliveries
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate logs/electronic records
- Manage loading/unloading operations with professionalism
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and minor maintenance
- Build client relationships through exceptional service
- Submit timely documentation for settlements
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck or straight truck experience
- Proven on-time delivery performance
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Own or lease 24-26ft box truck in good condition
- Philadelphia area residency preferred
