Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional freight delivery in San Antonio area
- Manage daily route planning, loading/unloading, and timely delivery verification
- Maintain comprehensive vehicle maintenance records and ensure DOT compliance
- Utilize our digital dispatch platform for real-time load tracking and communication
- Build client relationships through professional service and reliability
- Submit accurate delivery documentation and expense reports
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and fuel economy
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years of box truck or commercial driving experience
- Proof of commercial insurance and DOT medical certification
- Reliable box truck (26ft max) in good mechanical condition
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation and basic digital tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
