Responsibilities
- Secure cargo and maintain secure loads during transit.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Deliver freight on time to meet strict customer deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, traffic laws, and DOT requirements.
- Handle customer interactions with a positive and professional attitude.
- Manage fuel logs and mileage tracking accurately.
Qualifications
- Must own a Class B or Class C Box Truck (Depends on cargo size).
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Experience with local Pittsburgh area routes and logistics.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and secure cargo weighing up to 50-100 lbs.
