Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26ft) for local and regional freight delivery
- Manage route planning and timely pickups/delivers across South Florida
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and customer communication
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal load assignments
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maximize efficiency through strategic route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license (or equivalent commercial license)
- Minimum 2 years box truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Reliable 24-26ft box truck in operational condition
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
- Smartphone with GPS and data connectivity
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs occasionally
