Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks for local and regional freight delivery within Albuquerque and surrounding areas.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical integrity of the vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Handle customer service interactions professionally, including unloading instructions and proof of delivery.
- Complete daily logs and maintain accurate paperwork for all deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred but not always required for box truck operations.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Must possess a clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Own a reliable, well-maintained box truck (or be ready to purchase one through our partner network).
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
