Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional freight delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries while adhering to DOT regulations
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load management
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- DOT medical certification and current license
- Strong knowledge of Bay Area roadways and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
