Responsibilities
- Safely operate your box truck to transport goods to and from customer locations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment, ensuring items are secured safely.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of your vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries.
- Keep accurate records of fuel, mileage, and delivery logs.
Qualifications
- Must own a suitable box truck (15-26 feet).
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Clean driving record (MVR acceptable).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
- Valid commercial auto insurance coverage.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
