Responsibilities
- Safely operate personal box truck for local/regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Personal box truck (26'+) in good working condition
- Current commercial auto insurance ($1M liability)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong knowledge of Buffalo metro area
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability
