Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vans to transport Amazon packages to residential and business addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and scanning of packages through handheld devices
- Provide excellent customer service during package deliveries and address-related inquiries
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Follow Amazon's safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at fulfillment centers when required
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
