Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently from the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver packages to customers' doorsteps in a safe and timely manner.
- Use handheld scanning devices to track package status and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all Amazon safety policies and traffic laws at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers to resolve delivery issues.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic smartphone proficiency to use the delivery application.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong commitment to customer service and safety standards.
- Must be 21 years or older.
