Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate assigned routes in Richmond and surrounding areas
- Load, secure, and unload packages with precision while maintaining delivery accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Utilize handheld technology to track deliveries and update delivery status
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Customer-focused attitude and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic tech proficiency for delivery scanning systems
