Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and transport packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Follow optimized delivery routes using GPS technology to meet daily quotas
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and pickups
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle package discrepancies professionally
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 21 years of age with ability to pass background check
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- No previous experience required – paid training provided
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
