Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to customers within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records using handheld scanning devices
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Inspect, load, and unload packages with attention to safety protocols
- Adhere to traffic laws and Amazon's safety standards at all times
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team
- Complete pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with handheld scanning technology preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background and drug screening
