Responsibilities
- Safely operate Amazon-provided delivery vans to transport packages on assigned routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records using Amazon's handheld scanning technology
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to Amazon's safety protocols and delivery time standards
- Manage package sorting and loading/unloading procedures efficiently
- Communicate route challenges and customer feedback to operations team
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 21 years of age with 1+ year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong time management and navigation skills (familiarity with Las Vegas area preferred)
- Pass background check and drug screening (Amazon requirements)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Reliable transportation to/from daily start location
