Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently from the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow assigned routes and adhere to strict time schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Interact professionally with customers, handle signatures, and resolve delivery issues on the spot.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic English reading and writing proficiency for safety instructions and documentation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including rain, heat, and snow.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
