As a DSP Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time and in perfect condition. We value safety, punctuality, and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Operate a delivery van to transport packages to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Unload and organize packages efficiently to ensure accurate delivery.
- Utilize a handheld device (application) to manage stops, track inventory, and update delivery statuses.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including ringing doorbells and obtaining signatures when necessary.
- Inspect vehicle condition daily and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on duty.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic smartphone proficiency to navigate delivery routes and applications.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
