Responsibilities
- Safely operate Amazon-provided delivery vehicles for last-mile package delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route optimization using company technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to Amazon's safety protocols and delivery standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient package loading/unloading
- Manage time effectively to meet daily delivery quotas
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with variable weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
