Responsibilities
- Safely operate Amazon-provided delivery vehicles to transport packages to customers
- Load, sort, and organize packages efficiently using company-provided equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation via provided handheld devices
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and address inquiries
- Adhere to Amazon's safety protocols and delivery time standards
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using company checklist
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team using provided communication tools
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management skills with ability to follow delivery routes
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery applications
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
