Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and transport Amazon packages to customers within designated Houston routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and address delivery inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and manage package scanning through Amazon systems
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety compliance, and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to meet Amazon's performance standards and time commitments
- Collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient loading/unloading of packages
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols during all delivery operations
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience with delivery or logistics background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Basic smartphone proficiency for Amazon delivery apps and route navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening as per Amazon requirements

- Must be 21+ years of age and authorized to work in the US
