Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with Amazon safety protocols
- Efficiently sort, scan, and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via Amazon Flex app
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with route managers to optimize delivery schedules
- Represent Amazon's brand through professional appearance and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for Amazon Flex app navigation
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
