Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during the delivery process.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Resolve delivery issues and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Prior driving experience is a plus but not always required.
- Pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card (if applicable for the vehicle).
