Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI/Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 10+ papers in NeurIPS/ICML/Science on advanced ML
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade generative AI systems
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, Intel Hala Point)
- Ability to translate complex concepts into executable research roadmaps
