Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Architect neural networks capable of real-time multimodal data processing across IoT and edge devices
- Pioneer quantum machine learning algorithms for breakthrough computational efficiency
- Drive innovation in human-AI collaboration interfaces using neuromorphic computing principles
- Optimize models for energy-efficient deployment in distributed computing environments
- Contribute to open-source projects advancing federated learning and differential privacy
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years of production ML experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, distributed computing, and MLOps frameworks
- Proven track record deploying AI models at scale (>10M users) in regulated industries
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Proficiency in C++/Rust for low-level optimization and performance-critical systems
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth)
