Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads.
- Lead 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with product leadership to define the technical roadmap for upcoming AI features and innovations.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of deep learning models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including large language models (LLMs) and computer vision.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or artificial intelligence architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and optimize system performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
