Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging AI paradigms and technological inflection points through 2030
- Architect strategic roadmaps for autonomous decision systems and generative AI frameworks
- Develop predictive models for quantum-AI convergence and neuromorphic computing
- Collaborate with policy advisors to shape ethical AI governance frameworks
- Present futuristic innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in AI ethics and responsible development practices
- Author thought leadership papers on AI's societal impact and workforce evolution
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years of research experience
- Proven track record in developing production-level LLM systems or neural networks
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and probabilistic forecasting models
- Published work in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI) or equivalent patents
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Intel Loihi) or photonic computing
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
