What You'll Do: Drive research into quantum computing, neural interfaces, and generative AI; design ethical AI frameworks; partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives; and mentor the next generation of tech visionaries.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year AI innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and synthetic data generation
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for global deployment
- Facilitate future-tech workshops with Fortune 500 executives
- Present disruptive tech forecasts at industry summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Publish whitepapers on AI's societal impact by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurology
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in generative AI, AGI safety, and neuro-symbolic systems
- Published author in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Experience with federal AI policy committees (NIST, NSF)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
