- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor next-generation AI specialists through our Future Leaders program
- Drive patent development for proprietary AI-human collaboration methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 10+ years in applied research
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems with >99.99% reliability
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Experience leading R&D teams of 15+ scientists across multiple continents
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
