Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Computer Science or equivalent industry breakthrough portfolio
- Published research on AGI alignment or neuro-symbolic integration
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep familiarity with IEEE Ethically Aligned Design standards
- Proven track record of patenting AI/ML innovations (3+ granted patents)
- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming
