Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional ethics audits of AI models using bias detection and fairness metrics
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at industry conferences and regulatory bodies
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI deployment
- Create risk assessment protocols for emergent AI capabilities
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles in AI lifecycle
- Produce thought leadership content on AI ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in large language models
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Strong background in participatory governance and stakeholder engagement
- Published research on AI ethics or similar technical ethics topics
